I'm considering getting into mobile home investing and ran into John Fedro's mobile home formula education program and am wanting to use it, but I'd like to know if anyone has used it?

I would like to buy a property which has an existing section 8 family tenants, for the only reason that I own and rent the adjacent property to a quiet retired couple who cannot enjoy peacefully their home because of these people.

Look out for Brokers, always brokers involved and they don't like to give you access to the actual owners knowing it's fraud and only let you speak with the fraud brokers.SOOOO many more clues but this is already more than enough to share as they continue to fine tune their fraud practices and I still need to be aware of the other pointers without letting them know what I know.

If you abolish property tax's, the day after sales tax goes up something like 75%, state income tax's go up multipliers, all local government city, county and state will shot through the roof.

Sounds like you're trying to pull off the ultimate landlord life hack, but FHA isn’t quite that flexible.

It just seems like a “rule” saying your house should have a roof, a door, and windows.
