Im currently taking courses to obtain my Real Estate license at the end of this year and become a part time Realtor .My plans are to become a Realtor Part Time (while working) and transition to a full time Agent.

So they technically don't have to tell me their plan until April.

That's what I plan to purchase next.

I have been planning and saving for what seems like a lifetime to buy my first investment and now that it is happening I'm so nervous!!!!
