Contacts in Chattanooga - Planning Road Trip

I'm planning a road trip to look at some select cities in Tennessee and North Carolina. We are looking for value-added multifamily properties with 40+ units, and we think that TN and NC have some good outlooks. I'm looking to meet people when I'm in town who know the cities and the local multifamily markets well.

Areas I'm interested in visiting but are not limited to:

Nashville, TN

Memphis, TN

Chattanooga, TN

Raleigh, NC

The Triangle, NC

Asheville, NC

I don't have any firm trip dates, but I'm planning to make the road trip before the end of November this year.
