It is true you have to follow wear and tear usage but this type of damage is horrible.Keep track of all receipts for supplies, trash removal, replacement cost of like items, what you paid outside contractors for.

This is not a huge leak and may not leak under normal usage but there is a leak somewhere under the home that will not allow the test to pass with no drop.Tech also checked the water supply system and it held 52 psi for over 10 minutes with no drop.
