Another idea might be to offer an agent a flat fee and/or percentage of any deal you do that comes off MLS in exchange for their helping you with the MLS portion.Most Board of Realtors prohibit an agent/broker from giving free access to MLS for anyone other then a member.Check with agents in your area.
