I’m looking for a program or app that will fit my small business and allow me to have tenants pay online so I can track every aspect of their rental agreement and payments at an instants notice.

So basically apples to apples is harder to find than you think.

You can pay for a great service and it will produce more leads, or you can use the reach app which is cheap, but it is also affective.

VA loans are great products, if you already have a lender picked out, I’d send them the listing from zillow or Redfin or whatever app you use and get their opinion on any potential hiccups that could come up in underwriting. 

Apple, Google, Xerox, Fuji film, and Meta are all coming into the area. 5k people a month move to the area which has created a housing shortage, rent spikes, major appreciation (not just due to inflation) and you can still find single family homes for sale on the MLS in good condition for ~250k+ Tenant-landlord laws are landlord-friendly and taxes are low.

With time, we hope to build more articles & get this to rank in google which should bring more direct bookings. 1) If a guest asked for recommendations (through the Airbnb app) for local attractions, restaurants etc.   

To find rates, use the Airbnb app to compare/contrast to come up with rates.

If it's not listed in your loan app, it will be added during underwriting. 

While there are certainly some bad apples out there (like any other industry), it's been my experience over the past 20 years that most carriers/agents/adjusters try to do the right thing for their insured. 

We're considering either removing the laundry units altogether, or adding something that accepts cards or Apple Pay.
