Laminate, as long as it's not the super cheap variety, will wear much better. 

I'd like to think I am making an educated decision in doing so, but i also have to wonder is it the side of me that is burnt out from a long stressful remodel and not super excited to go through it again just yet that is weighing in on the decision?

I am ten years into it and still find the super simple manila folder listed "business expenses" for all ordinary and necessary expenses work.

As far as occupancy limits enforcement does happen but it’s not super common and every case I’ve heard of for enforcement is due to neighbors complaints  typically noise or too many cars.

I'm looking for information like population growth, self storage sf per capita, income etc...I know of paid tools like radiusplus but it's super expensive for a newbieThank you
