The street behind me is a bit rough but my neighborhood is pretty walkable (a lot of older people take walks, people walking their dogs, people walk/jog, multi cultured) And I don’t think any of the duplexes have granite....

A lot of MLS boards like @Brian Sparr and @Chris Mason said now include it as a box check on a standard contract.Regardless of notification there is nothing about you performing a 1031 that will impact the financing for the buyer.
