However, at some point if you want to be a legitimate business owner/operator and not just another small-time landlord then you'll need to create a set of rules that work well for you and stick with them.While you may not want to get a bad rap with other prospective tenants, I would also suggest you don't want to get a reputation for being a pushover.I would suggest sticking to the terms of the lease.

They may be a little miffed that it wasn't THEIR choice.In others, they can be a real pain- dragging things out, complaining more frequently, making the unit difficult to show to other prospective tenants, etc.

In Texas the unlicensed assistant is basically relegated to being a paper pusher in the office.We received an update from TAR a couple of weeks ago that said, due to a recent ruling, unlicensed assistants can't even open the door for a prospect to view a property.

Help her understand an eviction will hurt her prospects for finding another place to live and also will create a court record.If the tenant agrees to move now and begins to do so, let the prospective buyer know one of the tenants is in the process of moving out.
