Once the defendant gets back on their feet the judgment can still be enforced assuming it's still active or has been renewed.Since you're usually paying 5-10 cents on the dollar for a judgment, $50-$100 for a $1,000 judgment for example, it shouldn't be enough to stop you from investing in judgments.You can download my free guide called, "The 5-Minute Survival Guide For Judgment Investing".
