I would get guys to get the HD windows, and I would pay them $20 per hour to get it done.If the above constraints are not going to work for you (and you need to get ris of the old windows), call 4 or 5 window installers let them know this is an investment, not your home, make sure you are asking them to supply the same type of windows (double pained, argon filled is usually fine), they will knock each other's price down.

If your experience with Craigslist winds up being like mine in the past, of the 10 inquiries you had, maybe 5 will make it to your open house, two of those will almost immediately not meet your 'sniff test' based on general conversation, only 2 out of the remaining 3 will fill out the application and pay the application fee, and maybe 1 (or 2 if you are lucky) will meet your criteria (with occasional blemishes in the credit history / background check).Good luck!
