There is a lot of paperwork required and you will need a contractor who is capable of filling it out, getting it notarized, and willing to work on the terms laid out by FHA.

Again, being ignorant as this is my first time, I have no idea if this is any good, better or worse.One concern I do have, is that it seems that my properties would compete with their (Rent to Reward) properties when it comes to filling vacancies.
