What's the deal with heat?

@Frank Rolfe Thank you for replying, I Live in the white mountains of Arizona and it’s a main attraction for People in the Phoenix area trying to escape the heat.

Maybe you have heard me talk about the future real estate market - I have taken a lot of heat online and at panel discussions for my optimistic views: everyone has real estate PTSD from 2010, but when you look at the last 5 recessions only the last one has seen massive devaluation.

HOWEVER, she totally forgot to take the utilities out of her name and has now been paying for the electric and heat for this vacant unit for the past week.  

I am trying to get an acute price range for replacing a heating system and AC unit for a condo, aprox 1300 sq feet.

Looking at a 92 unit self storage buildings, they are not heated or cooled.

If that were the case you would need to rewire the house and the 60Amp panel is still not your issue.If you ever wanted to upgrade to central heat and air you will need a bigger electrical panel.If you do upgrade I would go to at least a 150A.

My dad used to own a heating oil company.  

He can do it when it is not inhabitable, which just means that there is not water, heat, electricity and some form of sewage disposal.
