Rehabbers and Flippers - do you have your own GC license?

Once obtaining the license you get your money back from those who will sponsor your schooling after 1st transaction.

Are most Vendors who Supply & Install Licensed, Bonded, Insured in the same manner as GC's?

This means if you have your property in an LLC you legally are supposed to use only Minneapolis Licensed contractors to do all permit required repairs. 

We each have a buy and hold and we both got our real estate license, with which we sold nothing right before the crash.

You have probably figured this out now but you really wasted your inspection money and for sure your structural engineer money because you were not able to take that information and get bids from contractors to repair the items.

I have a tri-plex rehab project I need to get done but I am having a heck of a time finding a professional, reliable contractor.

I am now looking for a General Contractor that can come out and evaluate a potential major issue.

Its not like I have a week to call a contractor and schedule something.
