You and your contractors need to complete a rehab in: 1 day per $1k of rehab

for me personally  it was getting my RE license then going to all the sales meetings and networking with the top selling agents.. 

Siding will not be replaced until early spring due to back up of contractors and winter right around the corner.Property 2: Claim for $5,000 was paid out to fix/replace roof and guttering.

I'm also currently getting my real estate license, and I will have a job with a broker once I get the license.
