Actually, the best thing I did was attend training through a real estate investor.

I am planning on going to the Austin REIA.

For good reason, once they publicly reveal their technique’s they are splattered over the internet by the “gurus” who want to sell another training etc.

Any information on going about purchasing a mobile home park in my area would be greatly appreciated.

I used to take on the current manager, have them train us, and then move on.
