Yes there are many selling those products that will say that they are best for beginners, but it is just not so IMO ... 

If you are trying to develop a tenant screening product, the big data aggregators (like Transunion and Experian) already have you beat.Maybe I read this survey wrong - if that's the case - why not just post your questions here.

Hopefully they provide a lot of services for that amount, including physical repairs of common areas.It does not appear that Reserve Planning is among those services, since an 8% Reserve seems pretty low.Is the Declarant still in control?
