While this makes total logical sense, I don't agree with the strategy... at least not in my market.Most of the people who choose the "flip-first" strategy go over a year without making any progress toward their first flip and even worst... they haven't even looked at taking the first step to own their first 2-4 rental unit.

The implementation of the standards was progressive through the 70’s and 80’s, and it could be any combination of outlets and breakers, so you can’t just hold people to the fire on a 1978 house with original outlets.
