Most PMs have their go-to, preferred contractors/companies for each speciality who they've built relationships with over time, but are usually looking to add reliable contractors to their list as backups.

I'm converting my wife's  2 Bedroom 2.5 bath condo\Townhouse in Walled Lake Michigan to a short term rental and need a referral for a good and reliable cleaner and a handy man. 

If you buy from a reliable turn-key company that does single-family or multi-family, and they have reliable property management in place, its a lot less headache, lower maintenance, and all the upside of owning real estate!

They are reliable, individually controlled, and very cost effective.
