There's no secret sauce that hasn't been disseminated on here already in bits and pieces over the years and very little has changed except some of the sharper marketing methods like @Sterling White uses such as (apologies if I butcher this, I heard it on your podcast episode and it blew me away) sending a rubik's cube and saying "let's solve this together" or something to that effect.
