Yes that was meant to rhyme.

It was never meant to alter the realities of investing but rather as an easy way to wean people into the thought process of successful investors and away from the consumer culture. 

I do t want to sell the place i want to take a heloc on the property to invest into rental properties or a fix and flip.

I sounds to me like your LP really isn't meant to be an LP.

I have read through various articles including the IRS Pub 925 on PAL (https://www.irs.gov/publications/p925), (https://thismatter.com/money/t...) as well as the discussion in  Mark's book what your CPS isn't telling you.

I’ve seen others get quotes regardless of the persons time and just price checking so the best thing to do would be get that ball park figure on the phone so you know they should t even come out in the first place.
