The current model on convenience stores is a 10-15 minute customer visit and profit drivers inside (snacks, drinks).  

I had read in some states you have to document all of there possessions and store them safely for X amount of days.

Although I really didn't make any appointments, he was actually the first one, I told him the Sunday real estate section is printed and delivered to stores and newsstands on Thursdays, to be inserted in the Sunday papers and people in the know would go to their local newsstand on Thursday and ask for it.
