It was a really good read, but there are some things that he does or recommends that I have questions about.He was investing decades ago, home prices were lower but so were worker wages.

But, if your contractors don't all carry workers comp and/or if you have employees, you may want to get it.- Umbrella Coverage:  This will often cover you when other types of liability are over-extended.

You as a contractor should know there are many more factors involved than just labor and parts, such as the incredible amounts of insurance, overhead and taxes involved with running a business as well as you making a living off your workers actually doing the work.
