Steve, the current owner, has said they replaced the roof 4 years ago, which is good, but I can't find any evidence of this online thru the county website, in fact, Steve isnt the registered owner, but im guessing he is doing his wife's bidding perhaps.

None of real estate marketplace websites that's I've seen currently lists any duplexes in Jacksonville.

For example, if I'm renting an SFH 3/2 1400sqft I'll go to a rental website and use the filter for: 'home type', 'city' & 'pets'.

Perhaps there is some official Oakland government website that lists them all?

There is a website that works like Airbnb that allows you to rent spaces by the night, week or month I think.

If enough people do it, maybe the ads we see on this website will switch from being 100% REI stuff, to having some ads for boats, vacation spots, and fancy wine/cigars, in the mix.
