I also have a PO Box where the rents can be sent instead of them sending it to my office (for the few who can't pay online).You have to protect yourself from these "crazies".Goodluck! 

In WI, the rental agreement must provide the mailing address of a physical location (not a PO box) for this purpose.

@Chris Utter If your issues are you don't want to drive and you do not want her knowing your address then just get a PO box from your local post office.

Some of the suburbs do require a POS inspection.

I invoice on the 20th of the month and have them mail to a PO box. 

I'm not a conspiracy nut that lives out of a PO Box.

The properties are larger, older, and there is a POS for investors in Lakewood.

If so, get a PO box and have all mail sent there.

Depending on when the inspection is done during the buying process the seller may have to fix or go into a deal with those POS violations looming over their heads.I recently had a POS inspection done by the city of Lakewood about a week after our inspection.
