The light coming through the trees causing a little lens flare is something a lot of photographers will do on purpose!

When you deviate from the system you start to feel out of control and the effort starts to feel beyond the reward.Also if you take a multifamily approach to many SFRs in our portfolio the next investor will have the SFR investor lens and be ready for individual property problems which lowers the value.  

I'll share my opinion from the lens of someone who is leveraging their W-2 to throw everything, including the kitchen sink, at real estate. 

One more obvious example of my microfocus and your macro lens on this business.For those who have done the wise things in my space, who built carefully knowing the day would come when the wolf came to the door, when the crisis passes I think we're going to be looking at incredible opportunities.
