The government cannot tell McDonalds what it can sell a cheese burger for, yet everyone needs to eat.

Joel - My concern with a NNN restaurant is that once the lease is up, the landlord is left with a building that is distinctly a Taco Bell or distinctly a Burger King, etc.. 

In short, a nothing burger, delivered right after the starving patient has died.
