So, coming down the barrier island, Satellite Beach is a NO, Indian Harbour Beach is a YES, Indialantic is a NO, Melbourne Beach is a YES, and the unincorporated areas are OK unless someone complains. 

I'm also gonna explore tropical destinations in the Indian Ocean, I think it's super underrated right now.20% return in Sedona is amazing.

I've spent hundreds of hours on the Loveland site and used it to select empty lots in areas along Woodward Ave and in Greenlawn, Indian Village, neighborhoods along the water, as well as a small handful in Grandmont East/West and Outer Drive East.A friend of mine has a passion for urban gardening, city rebuilding and a "frontier lifestyle" in rough areas - he's planning on moving to Detroit to create community gardens with a couple of organizations that are already there.

I was originally looking at Indian rocks beach but have extended my search to Seminole (both zoned for STR).

One thing to note that is different here is that Tunkhannock HOA EncountersIn Tunkhannock, the HOAs you are going to encounter are Brier Crest Woods, (most of) Indian Mountain lakes, (small parts of) Emerald Lakes.Kidder TownshipThe other major township you might encounter is Kidder , located south west of tobyhanna. 

Gastonia, Kannapolis, Concord, Monroe, indian trail etc. are some of the hottest fastest growing suburbs where there is still room to get a "deal". 

A set of peculiar circumstances have created a very clear reality where I live: there are a LOT more people who want to make money in real estate by paying other people to fix the real estate than there are actually fixing the real estate: all chiefs, no Indians.
