What day/time did you apply and did you hear anything, or get any kind of email response, or questionnaire? 

I do plan my visits to the rougher areas during daytime, and earlier in the days. 

I did some projects around the house, chilled a bit, cooked a lot (I has now a stay at home husband with a working wife) and then decided that watching daytime TV and watching rents come in was not very fulfilling.
