You will be better off attending some real estate networking events, making some connections and then taking them out for lunch / dinner.The issue with courses and paid mentors is that the support normally stops when you stop paying.If you meet people at networking events, make a genuine connection, it can last forever.Best of luck!

That’s normal in appreciating/coastal markets.Paying off the mortgage is basically buying a bond at 4.375%.When you pay off $265K at 4.375%, you’re getting a guaranteed return equal to the interest you’re no longer paying, plus the cashflow jump you mentioned.

If they are renting the entire house, then they are normally responsible for snow removal and cutting the grass-it may vary by area, but that's how it works where I am (in Canada).
