49 and 44 year old physician/realtor couple with the 49 yo physician looking to transition to partial/full retirement from medicine in about 3 1/2 years. 

I am currently 26 years old, married with a wife and kids.

I am seeking legal advice regarding significant issues caused by negligent and substandard work performed by a general contractor (GC) on a single-family home I purchased last year.

I am also only 37 years old.

People are still buying multifamily and making it work but there are significantly more price discounts than a few years ago, to be sure.

Have an 82 year old rent control tenant who is no longer able to care for herself.
