Hey all,

Once upon a time, in 2013, I had dreams of wholesaling and birdogging my way into RE investing. Life happened and now I am a newly licensed (January 2024) agent who worked in corporate for the past years, was laid off in July 2024 and am now pursuing real estate full time.

What a time to jump in the market for a newbie!

I am interested in learning about renovations, acquiring cash flow properties and passive income. I've seen my share of "flips" and many aren't done in a way that I think they should be done, so I am interested in flips too, but I'm not interested in cutting corners in my business.

I am excited to pursue investing and to land my first deal. I actually have my eye on a potential property right in my neighborhood. It's ambitious, but with big risks come big rewards, learning opportunities and a chance to grow!

I'm looking to connect with experienced folks and offer value and help in any way that I can and build my network laterally as well!
