I have drafted plans for covered patios and decks in Coronado, City and County of SD.

Furthermore, it sounded like they were mad at us for using their name on our pitch deck to the broker when we thought that was the main reason we are signing up with them, to leverage their experience and credibility as a sponsor.We were super disappointed, but to make things worse I heard later that Ryan Woolley was telling other students that we didn’t have our act together and it was a bad deal.

So @Caitlin Davis, are you saying you help investors put together decks to share with lenders? 

But does that mean when I buy what I think is a quality Bosch tool it's up to my pathetic lack of perspicacity  if Bosch instead delivers a faulty saw blade, and it explodes on the saw and sends a pieces of shrapnel into my brain? 

Outdoor spaces like a deck or patio can also boost value.

@Timothy Frazier I wouldn't use the word bad because if that is the route needed to acquire a piece of property then mission accomplished however you are stacking the deck against yourself with this approach.  

I've done enough personal home projects to know, if I find a deck company it'll be 2k, but a GC will charge me 2.5k to over see it...
