Big box brokerages, in general, are better for agents who want to learn for six months in person, but you will pay for that office.If you are an agent, weigh in below, and please don't make it a recruiting seminar. 

But I'm not the average person so I suppose there is still a need for agents for most.  

I am not sure if you have been following the news, but the whole world has just changed for agents with the way rental and buy side commission is done.

It looks like they may be new or have a really intricate setup if it is a scam for agents. 

There are some great resources out there for agents these days.

Primarily the lux market.. while she is not on BP .. because of my interactions on BP I will get folks frequently asking me for agent referrals not only Vegas or Portland the two markets I have personal homes in but all over the country..

As for agencies being vehicles for personal views, i have not found that to be the case, and in any event, you will find that personal vehicle or not, quashing a government subpoena prior to execution is rare.I’ll stand on what i said.
