Hello all,

I just passed my residential leasing agent exam and am looking to work as an agent in Chicago, IL.

What companies are recommended for a starting out agent? Any specific agent mentors?

What percentage of commission and fees are typical? (I hope I am asking this question correctly).

Any feedback or recommendations are greatly appreciated!
