I find that the typical fold out design is inherently flawed because you can't fit enough mattress inside a couch to be comfortable if it needs to be folded 2-3 times, and then you have a support bar running across the center of your back on top of a thin mattress. 

As of know, we only charge a cleaning fee and use dynamic pricing software to set daily rates.

Certain areas in Milwaukee follow the same dynamic, so I am very familiar (and there is a reason why we only invest above median). 

Also after the 2nd late in a lease period, rent goes up $25 a month for the rest of the lease.Have one tenant that is always late and usually later than the 15th in her case.

They're wonderful with their dynamic pricing, but I think their data analytics and musing them to build comp sets is undervalued.

I believe a veterinarian can do an allergy test on a dog to find out what the dog is allergic to, and may be able to prescribe some medicine to help the dog (Maybe a veterinarian in here could weigh in on this)???
