** IF THERE IS A MORE APPROPRIATE SUBFORUM IN BP TO POST THIS IN, PLEASE ADVISE**I’m actively submitting offers on MLS-listed properties in  that have strong investment potential (fix & flip, BRRRR, etc.).Looking for a cash buyer or investor who can:Provide proof of funds (POF) for offer submissionsMove quickly on accepted dealsFund the purchase and rehab (if applicable)I handle all property sourcing, deal analysis, and negotiations.

Nice place, nice location, very little crime concerns.These seem like very manageable fixes, wondering why nobody would even place an offer?
