@Greg Scott From a business standpoint (and ironically what I just learned about in the last class in my MBA program that I am in) I know a little bit about the NOI and CAPEX terminology but I did not realize the terminology wasn't used on SFR so thank you for that tid bit of informationYour saying based on the basic information I described it sounds like around a 30k repair cost?
