Tenant move out inspection; What to look for??

Hey BP world, I have a fellow investor about to do their very first tenant move out inspection. Of course there are main things to look into (ex. carpets, faucets etc.) but what are some tid bits and such that he should check out that might otherwise be overlooked?

Make a process to review after move-out.  Each room, walk the floor.  Then walk around the room looking at the baseboard.  Around again looking at the walls, doors.  Around again looking at the top of the wall/ceiling.  Each room is the same, don't forget closets, outside, and basement too.  Keep good notes on everything that has to be fixed, whether it's wear or damage.
