hey so i have my first out of state tenant turnover, tenant is moving out 8/31/2025, so in two monthsi have fired my property manager months ago because they weren't good and its very easy to manage a property yourself thanks to technology. only thing is i need help with this first tenant turnover. please guide me. have a blessed one

I had to find out on my own that my account was closed, they placed 3 bad tenants back to back (in 1 years time), and for the past 5 months I've been dealing with a tenant that lived in the property for less than 24 hours and is suing me for $25k because of Home365's "technology" and negligence.

I understand the splitting of shares makes them cheaper and more accessible to purchase.. but Apple has a valuation of 3 trillion.. is it feasible that apple will ever produce 3 trillion dollars of value to the economy or that they are working on a technology so revolutionary its going to make that big of an impact when all theyve done for a decade is make the same phone with slightly better features (other products and services too like computers, gadgets, and what not).
