So, under that town was an extensive network of old mining tunnels.

., and pests can move into the lovely little tunnels, like mice, etc.

Another issue I have with central systems, is the ducts are havens for mice and spiders and you name it - hidden tunnels that can get full of dirt, etc.No, it's not normal to charge a tenant for an a/c unit.
