You can try sending mass emails until you get a response.At this point, you can also consider hiring an eviction attorney. 3 months of no payment with no light at the end of the tunnel is a huge problem, and this should be treated as an emergency.Good luck!

I asked my go to foundation guys what they prefer to work on, and interstingly enough they said they would rather work on slab than pier and beam, unless they have to tunnel.

The latter option was significantly cheaper and makes sense to me (would also be less disruption to foundation since minimal tunneling under the foundation).I was wondering if anybody else has done something like this and you experience?
