Communications might be and don'tforget the time differences, I don't think I want to stay up til one in the morning for a discussion with my German investor.SEC regulations still apply and you may want to brush up on the issues of money laundering and keep a good papaer trail on the source of funds.

Hi Susan and Kevin,I'm on this forum for exactly the same reason and about to start our company the coming weeks.Regarding Tax Liens, as I'm from Europe I followed the Cashflow Business Academy from Arpad and Adam:http://cashflow-business-academy.com/Their book also exists in English besides German and was very helpful.In the US I ordered Donna Bauer's Master Guide and had a brief contact with her, she is super friendly and seems very helpful to explain everything related to Notes.
