Bottom line in areas that you can expect ( its not gambling its historic fact) appreciation of a signficant amount not 1 or 2% a year but a 50% run up in 5 to 8 or 10 years. there is absolutly nothing wrong with zero or a tiny negative or a little more than negative and let your tenant pay your mortgage.. the prize at the end of the tunnel is massive equity gains.. 

Current plans call for an elevated light rail line and they want a tunnel, because North Seattle got a tunnel.

But as more files get pulled and more leads come in these hands will either gain more strength or carpel tunnel lol.

These things your looking at are a very small select data segment, and then projects it forward in a kind of tunnel vision.

There is a dead-end metro tunnel that branches off in the direction of Columbia Pike built so Metro could expand westward in the future. 

It's really cool again to hear your story and see light at the end of the tunnel because everyone keeps telling me I can't do it but I know it's possible.
