the 2 car garage is an adu and 1 car a junior adu and they actually only spent $106,000.00. 

One time I rented my car as well but turn out that renter is identity theft criminals, the police called me at 2am that my car was abandoned in middle of nowhere, when I picked up the car it's full of credit card and people's ID.

But an idiot with a lot of things is a bad thing, be it a car, a knife, a bat, etc...And to answer someone else, I do have Pepper Spray, Tazers and Guns in my home.

To question if $25,000 is worth it for the program would mean you should question every penny you pay - for a table lamp, a piece of art, a dinner with your family, a car, a vacation...on and on and on.

I saved and bought my own car - a 1971 Vega - a piece of  crap but it was paid for.
