this is an easy one... i did that for awhile where we painted all one color. it was not white, but close to it.it was a H U G E mistake. the houses took longer to rent and they all looked like an apartment, no mattter how nice they were updated.i STRONGLY urge you to do 2 tone pain scheme.

It's important to note that not everyone will have the same taste in decor, so having a vibrant/unique colour scheme could be a turn-off for a lot of people.Clean from top to bottom.Every room should be cleaned and bad odours removed as it could be something as small as this that turns viewers off the home.

If the house was painted 4 years ago, leave it...then again blue is my favourite colour, so I might be biased.Not sure I'd go for an orange door.

I have 4 doors and hope to be at 8 by the end of next year, but now I’m thinking I can do more...wondering what paint colour you are using in your units and if it is the same in each one?
