Opening yourself up to "any others areas" will just have you scattered around.  

I will easily have 20-30 hours per week I can devote to real estate, but it is scattered throughout my schedule and some of those hours are after "business hours" or hours I spend driving between customers or waiting in my kid's school car rider line. 

Or of leaving a dozen or so of the bushes randomly scattered about and then seeding all around them?

Our second pool, fitness center, sand volleyball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, dog park & basketball are scattered throughout the property.

Each unit is 2BR/1BA, located in center of city (less than 2 miles from horse track, casino, bath houses, bathhouses, golf courses, national park, hiking/biking trails and 5 miles from lake) with good market for AirBnB but has a few scattered mobile homes around it. 

It's is still Rural now with scattered small businesses along the RT.

Why 100 a month because they got all this cash at close.. 5. 08 hit and I was basically put out of business I could not make loans because no one could refi and I ended up owning over 200 homes scattered throughout the mid west..

Each of these pieces of information is scattered across many diverse resources. 

Did it take out whole neighborhoods or is this just a scattering of structures?

@Luke Ache - 35758 has mostly A neighborhoods, with some B areas scattered in it.
