This property is very close to a spring training stadium, good proximity to a state university, and also near some larger shopping districts so I think it has good potential as a short term/vacation rental. 

I'm still PISSED that ownership is willing to throw away one of the greatest stadiums ever built in order to make a few more bucks on luxury boxes; of course the cost to do that is $850 million from the taxpayer's pockets.

As I came out my front door, I noticed all these people on the street, watching the fireworks from the stadium a few blocks behind my house, because the Braves had just won a game.

Special events ( example if your lot is right next to stadium ) Pre COVID-19 !!

@Jasmine Hu It's been my experience that bedroom rates for old houses are similar to new construction and sometimes more if they're really close to the bars/football stadium.

I purchased a home near the new stadium and we're currently renovating it to rent out.

I am planning to start renting the condo I owned, and, in this area, right across the street from the football stadium, I will most likely attract college students.
