in the Usti region which is in  the part called previously Sudety [all the Germans, guilty or not, were kicked out by Benes in 1945] and so there is the tradition of the lack of tradition or any homeland feel.

The tenants were great - always paid on time, they took great care of the place and maintenance requests were reasonable.We actually found our new tenants while marketing our 5th and latest rental that we just finished rehabbing (I'll post about that one soon) - they weren't a fit for that property because their dog was over the size limit, but this one was coming available and we were ok with accepting a larger dog.One challenge we did have with these tenants - they have a German Shepherd, which is a restricted breed with our insurance company.
