My family was in the streets manning volunteer citizen militia barricades and security teams all while awaiting approved immigration status already done but pushed back and back and back only and soely because of the da*m open borders BS. 

Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.

Again so many read and read and read and never do a dam thing.

This is just another  " scam" by the city , just like Cleveland for one purpose to raise money they do not give a dam about the kids .  

Not a dam thing you can do, Hire an attorney that will be a waste of money, ZERO will happen even if you win.

Next time correctly negotiate, don't be the eager beaver running to throw yourself at a listing agent because we will use the heck out of you, that's literally the job of listing agent, use and abuse buyers to get them to fight to the death to give sellers best price and terms.

It would be a far more reaching and significant issue of there were not the liquidity available, that is not so easily fixed, this is more so an administrative malfunction, and like breaking a beaver dam once done a veritable river of funds flows back through the system so yeas I do believe this is in works and will be soon happening.
