Most Home Depots, there is going to be at least one of them in your city, if you were to drive to it at 6:00 in the morning, you are going to find various folks just standing around outside by their pickup truck, smoking cigarettes, having coffee, talking, and it is like they are huddled around.

Cigarette burns everywhere.  

More like I .. am  done... and now need a shower as I smoke my cigarette in bed.

I have no smoking properties, and my initial phone screening and ads all say absolutely no smoking, but I still have chuckleheads showing up with a cigarette in their mouth, throwing it into my yard as they walk up.

The other night the local news reported some lady called 911 because she wanted cigarettes.

This could be their units smell like smoke too, or they can't open their windows because of the smoker, or cigarette butts in common areas outside because of the smoker...

My theory, he went outside, threw a cigarette butt in the planter and that is where the fire originated.
