If I come on the forums saying "jee...I'd really like to find a drywall contractor in Houston", and you message me offering to connect me with one, or even post about a good drywall contractor in Houston, that's probably not a solicitation.On the other hand, if in response to my query your reply is "I sell the cheapest drywall you're going to find anywhere. $5.99 a pound. www.extracheapdrywall.com", that probably is a solicitation.
